Route 37 follows along a circuitous route beginning at the intersection of Ravenhurst Street and Dugald Road through the suburbs of Transcona and Elmwood before crossing the Red River at the Redwood Bridge and ending at the corner of Redwood Avenue and Salter Street. Eastern Terminus: Intersection of Ravenhurst Street and Dugald Road.
 
Western Terminus: Intersection of Redwood Avenue and Salter Street.
