PR 417 runs east-west along Road 126N from the junction of PTH 6/68 in Eriksdale to Lake Manitoba First Nation near the shore of Lake Manitoba.

Eastern Terminus: Junction of PTH 6/68 in Eriksdale.

Western Terminus: Boundary of Lake Manitoba First Nation near the eastern shore of Lake Manitoba.
