King's Highway 403 begins its northeasterly course in Woodstock and proceeds through Brantford and Hamilton before joining with the QEW in Burlington. It follows the QEW for 22 km to Oakville, then resumes its course towards Mississauga and its eastern terminus at the 401/410 interchange.
In April 2016, the stretch of 403 between Burlington and Woodstock was designated as the Alexander Graham Bell Parkway with signage along the route now in place to that effect.
Eastern Terminus: Junction of King's Highway 401 and 410 in Mississauga.
Western Terminus: Junction of King's Highway 401 in Woodstock.
