Provincial Road 427

PR 427 (Wilkes Avenue) is a dirt and gravel road that extends from the Perimeter Highway to PR 424 in the RM of Cartier passing mostly through barren farmland. Between PTH 100 and PR 334, the road serves a light industrial area bordering on the railway line that follows the north side of the highway.

Eastern Terminus: Junction of PTH 100/Route 145 (Wilkes Avenue).

Western Terminus: Junction of PR 424 in the RM of Cartier.

Multiplexes: None.
