The Jets signed free agent winger Ed Ronan in October 1995 and he spent one season in the Jets' organization before moving on and winding up his playing career two seasons later in the minor leagues. Ronan was originally drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in 1987 and he made his NHL debut with them in 1991-1992.
