The Jets selected defenseman Dan McFall late in the 1981 Entry Draft and following four stellar seasons at Michigan State University, he made his NHL debut late in the 1984-1985 season. He appeared in seven more games with the Jets the following year before winding up his brief playing career in the minor leagues after the 1986-1987 season.
