The Jets signed centerman Mats Lindh in the summer of 1975. He played two seasons with the Jets and was a member of the Jets' AVCO Cup championship team in 1976. He returned to his native Sweden following the 1976-1977 season and wound up his playing career after five more seasons with Vastra Frolunda. Prior to signing with the Jets, Lindh had played nine seasons in Sweden, the last four with Vastra Frolunda.
