The Jets signed centerman Guy Larose after four seasons of junior hockey and he spent nearly four seasons in the Jets' organization, making brief appearances with the Jets in 1988-1989 and 1990-1991. After being traded to the New York Rangers, he bounced around several organizations and had his longest NHL stint with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1991-1992. He went on to finish his playing career in the minor leagues along with one season in Germany. He then tried his hand at coaching, finishing the 2005-2006 as the bench boss of the Fort Worth Brahmas of the CHL.
