Following three seasons at York University, goaltender Bill Holden joined the Toronto Toros and was subsequently loaned to the Jets late in the 1973-1974 season. He played in one game for the Jets, who were without Ernie Wakely due to pneumonia, and he was promptly returned to the Toros.
