The Jets signed diminutive Rich Gosselin to a tryout contract late in the 1978-1979 season and he played three games for the Jets that year. The former Montreal Canadiens' draft pick and junior star with the Flin Flon Bombers moved in 1979-1980 and returned to Switzerland, where he finished his playing career.
