Erie County North East Township |
Eastbound view passing the US 20 exit. Despite the fact that I-90 roughly follows the lake, this is one of very few spots along the route where travelers can get a clear view of Lake Erie. At right is a privately-run Niagara Falls visitor center, though official information is available at the Angola Service Area in New York, located well before Buffalo. Such privately-run tourist information centers also dot the landscape in Niagara Falls itself in spite of the presence of the Niagara USA Visitor Center, which provides comprehensive, one-stop services for tourists.
