NY 324 officially begins at the I-190/NY 384 interchange in Niagara Falls and follows I-190 over the North Grand Island Bridge, then proceeds southeast on Grand Island Boulevard before rejoining I-190 at the South Grand Island Bridge. Back on the mainland, it proceeds east through Tonawanda and Amherst before ending at NY 5 in Clarence. Western Terminus: Junction of I-190/NY 384 in Niagara Falls. Eastern Terminus: Junction of NY 5 in Clarence. Click here to show the route.
