PR 250 begins at the junction of PTH 2/22 in Souris and proceeds north through Alexander, Rivers and Sandy Lake before ending at the junction of PR 354 south of Riding Mountain National Park.

Northern Terminus: Junction of PR 354 south of Riding Mountain National Park.
