PR 215 runs east-west following Road 72N connecting PTH 12 at Road 36E through Beausejour to PTH 44/PR 302 at Road 42E.

Western Terminus: Junction of PTH 12 west of Beausejour.

Eastern Terminus: Junction of PTH 44/PR 302 east of Beausejour.

Town of Beausejour Eastbound view passing First Street (Road 41E). The original routing for PTH 44, then known as PTH 1, followed First Street south to Park Avenue and proceeded east along the present-day PR 215. Upon the completion of the Beausejour bypass on PTH 44, then known as PTH 4, the original highway routing through Beausejour was designated as PTH 4B briefly in the late 1960's before being decommissioned prior to the end of the decade.
