PR 207 follows Road 23E between the junction of PR 213 (Garven Road) past the junction of PTH 1 at Deacon's Corner to Dawson Road. From there it turns east, following the old route of PTH 12 through Lorette and Ste. Anne before ending at PTH 1 10 km east of Ste. Anne. Click here to show the route.
 
Northern Terminus: Junction of PR 213 at Garven Road.
 
Eastern Terminus: Junction of PTH 1 10 km east of Ste. Anne.
 
Multiplexes: PR 207 follows PR 210 for 3 km near Ste. Anne.
