Northern Terminus: Junction of PTH 100 and Route 52 (St. Mary's Road) in Winnipeg.
 
Southern Terminus: Junction of PTH 75 in Emerson.
 
Multiplexes: PR 205 follows PR 200 for 2 km east of Aubigny; PR 217 follows PR 200 for 2 km west of Arnaud; PR 200 follows PR 201 for 2 km at Dominion City.
