Staying Healthy

September 25, 2025

Something interesting popped up in my Facebook feed recently. It was a posting from Niagara Health showing one of their so-called “doctors” sharing tips on staying healthy. Healthy habits = a healthier community, they say.

So let me get this right. This “doctor,” built like a bowling ball and who can barely squeeze his big fat ass into that chair (the observant reader will note how much room the host has in her chair), went on TV to lecture us lowly peons on how to stay healthy.

Got it.

From the looks of him, he’s the one who needs health advice. Stop overindulging at the Dairy Queen, for starters. Maybe get out for some exercise too. And no, waddling out your front door toward your brand-new Mercedes, where you flop down into the driver’s seat, cruise into the drive-thru lane at McDonald’s and wait for your six-pack of Egg McMuffins doesn’t count. But perhaps they don’t teach stuff like that in medical school anymore.

Oh, and skip the shots. All of them. That is, unless you want to blow off the overwhelming amount of evidence coming to light which points to the inescapable conclusion of how those shots are killing people by the millions around the world. There isn’t anyone among us these days who doesn’t know at least one victim. I know of about a dozen personally.

No doubt, as he inhales his fourth helping of cheesecake, he must be among many doctors who wonder why the medical profession has fallen into such disrepute.
